RADIOSOL October 2026 Recap: Patches & Navigation Fixes

RADIOSOL's early October updates focused on launch stability, clarity and navigation rather than new chapters. The official Steam News feed checked on October 5 lists patches on October 1 and October 4.

The October 1 patch fixed excessive Player.log growth, improved graphics performance and repaired a critical softlock when exiting the Sphere through the entry route. It also improved navigation to the Sphere entrance and Service Depot, corrected cardinal-direction hints and a marker prompt, displayed district names on every visit, and fixed localization typos.

The October 4 patch added geographical hints and resolved several ambiguous moments. It also fixed an interrupted downloading bug and a digital-signature softlock, two issues that could directly affect progress through radio and signature objectives.

Broader fixes

The October 4 update includes fixes for damage saving, the life-support core, run and step animation, triggers, colliders, sound, text, rendering and achievement issues. This is a broad stability pass rather than a content expansion.

The September 22 pre-release update had already addressed stuck spots, out-of-bounds gaps, tutorial text, new files, saved radio markers, spider-damage audio, cognitive damage, the Megapol lobby and Dust Devil behavior.

Together, the updates suggest that the priority is making the existing Chapter 1 route more reliable. Players following older videos or drafts should recheck any point involving downloads, signatures, the Sphere exit or cardinal directions.

Current content status

The release still consists of Chapter 1. The documented route finishes after restoring the Power Sphere and boarding the train from Megapol, but the world remains explorable afterward.
